Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ND in Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, Business Admin, or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Legally eligible to work in South Africa.
• Sales experience or internships a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Promote and sell the company's agricultural products.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions, remotely and in-person as needed.
