Job summary

Batlokoa Enterprise Group is seeking an HR Officer to manage the full HR function from recruitment to payroll support. The role focuses on building a compliant, productive work environment in Embalenhle, Mpumalanga.

The candidate should have at least 1 year HR experience, strong communication skills and a solid understanding of South African labour laws. A Diploma or Degree in HR-related field is preferred, with proximity to the local community a plus.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full HR function including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
