Job summary

Recruitpartners is seeking a Divisional Human Capital Executive to drive strategic HR initiatives within a high-performing manufacturing environment in Durban.

You will lead talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and Employment Equity/BBBEE compliance, while guiding industrial relations and change management. A strong leader with HR systems expertise is essential, backed by senior HR leadership experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in HR or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
• Extensive senior HR leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in HR systems, payroll legislation, and org development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
