Job summary

Glencore is seeking a HSEC & HR Performance Reporting Analyst in Johannesburg to manage, analyse, and report environmental and social performance data across HSEC & HR domains. You will ensure data integrity, integrate GIS with BI platforms, and deliver dashboards and standardised reports for decision-making and compliance.

The role collaborates with Copper HSEC & HR teams, IT, GIS, and risk functions to support regulatory reporting, governance, and performance insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years’ experience in data management, analytics, reporting, and GIS.
• Experience with corporate reporting cycles (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Strong SQL and GIS tools experience (ArcGIS/QGIS).
• Familiarity with reporting frameworks (GRI/ICMM).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual HSEC & HR reporting.
• Manage corporate databases and data reviews.
• Perform advanced analytics including spatial analysis.
• Create standardised reports, dashboards, and geospatial outputs.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and integration with BI platforms.
• Support regulatory, environmental, and social reporting requirements.
• Provide insights to senior stakeholders for decision-making.
• Collaborate with HSEC, HR, IT, GIS, Assurance, Risk & Compliance teams.
