Job summary

AGC Mining Recruitment Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Enterprise Systems Specialist for the Northern Cape mining sector. You will manage information flow across multiple systems, ensure data integrity, and support financial performance reporting with Power BI and SQL reporting services.

You will handle databases (JD Edwards, MES, LIMS) and oversee system integration, reporting, and user training while ensuring SHERQ compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five years of operational information systems/business informatics experience.
• Three years of operational system integration/data integrity experience.
• Three years SQL script development experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure information flow and interfaces between systems to support strategic financial performance management.
• Identify trends and anomalies in data and provide actionable insights.
• Compile, distribute and interpret business information to assist stakeholders in decision making.
• Manage and administer databases, including JD Edwards and performance management systems.
• Provide system management and support to ensure smooth operation and functionality.
• Oversee system integration and reporting for data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
• Develop and validate databases, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Optimize information and process flows for efficiency and performance.
• Facilitate user training to ensure effective use of systems and tools.
• Ensure SHERQ standards and regulations are followed.
