Job summary

Glencore Copper in Johannesburg seeks a dedicated HSEC & HR Performance Reporting Analyst to manage, analyse, and report environmental and social data across systems. You will ensure data integrity, consolidate spatial and non-spatial datasets, and deliver dashboards that inform decision-making and compliance.

You will collaborate with Copper HSEC & HR teams, IT, GIS, and Assurance to optimise reporting cycles and support regulatory and corporate obligations while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years in data management, analytics, reporting and GIS systems.
• Experience with corporate reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual HSEC & HR reporting processes.
• Manage and maintain corporate databases with indicator updates.
• Perform advanced analytics including spatial and geospatial analysis.
• Develop standardised reports, dashboards, and geospatial outputs.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance across reporting systems.
• Integrate GIS with BI and reporting platforms.
• Support regulatory and corporate reporting requirements.
• Provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders for decision-making.
• Collaborate with HSEC, HR, IT, GIS, Assurance, Risk & Compliance teams.
