Job summary

Vector Logistics Limited is seeking an HRIS Specialist to manage and optimize the HRIS for HR functions. Key responsibilities include administering HRIS platforms, generating reports, and training staff. The ideal candidate should have a relevant IT degree, a minimum of 3 years of experience in time and attendance systems, and strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Time & Attendance systems.
• Valid CODE EB driver’s licence.
• Strong technical knowledge of databases and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HRIS platforms.
• Manage liaison between consultants and end-users.
• Generate and analyse HR-related reports.
• Provide training for HR users on system features.
