Placements24 is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join a distributed team. You will manage and optimize the HRIS, ensure data accuracy, and support HR operations and strategy through robust reporting.

You will collaborate with HR and IT to maximize system capabilities, design dashboards, deliver timely reports, train users, and drive process improvements in a fully remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IS/HR or related field.
• 3-5 years' HRIS Analyst or similar HR systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management.
• Proficiency with major HRIS platforms and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS platform and modules.
• Perform data audits and data clean-up to ensure accuracy.
• Develop standard and ad-hoc HR reports for leadership.
• Provide training and support to HR users on HRIS functionality.
• Collaborate with IT on upgrades, integrations and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to improve HRIS processes in a remote setting.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join their distributed team. This role is instrumental in managing and optimizing the Human Resources Information System, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting HR operations and strategic initiatives through robust reporting and analysis. You will work closely with various HR functions and IT to leverage the HRIS capabilities to their full potential, driving efficiency and informed decision-making in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS platform and associated modules.
• Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and clean-up activities.
