Job summary

OryxAlign is seeking an experienced HRIS Service Desk Administrator in Cape Town to support and maintain our HR systems, primarily Oracle HCM. You will act as the first point of contact for HRIS queries, triage tickets, and escalate complex issues to specialist teams.

You will build core HR systems expertise, become a proficient Oracle HCM user, and gradually take ownership of more complex tasks while collaborating with HR, IT and HRIS teams to drive governance, compliance and process

Qualifications

• Experience with a service desk or ticketing system.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle HCM preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the HRIS service desk queue with timely responses.
• Triage requests and assign to appropriate teams.
• Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve routine system issues like password resets.
• Perform data uploads and maintain data integrity across HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, HRIS teams to improve processes.
