Parvana is recruiting for an HRIS-focused role in Cape Town, offering a hybrid work model (3 days in-office). The successful candidate will support our client’s global People team, handling HRIS queries, workflows, and payroll data validation.

The role emphasizes Workday expertise, data quality, and dashboarding to support annual cycles and employee lifecycle processes, in a cosmopolitan, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRIS/People operations, with hands-on HRIS knowledge (Workday preferred).
• Strong data reporting and Excel skills for payroll and lifecycle processes.
• Ability to translate user feedback into structured solutions and maintain high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for People system queries, resolving issues and providing training/documentation for the global People team.
• Oversee system workflows and integrations, manage payroll input validation, ensure data quality through regular reporting.
