PwC Careers Africa is seeking an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) professional to help drive technology-enabled HR transformations through Workday HCM implementations for global clients. You will combine people process expertise with Workday solutions to modernise HR across multiple industries.
The role requires 2–3 years of HCM experience, familiarity with HRIS tools, and a willingness to engage in UK-standard office hours with a hybrid work arrangement post-training.

Our Workday practice partners with global PwC member firms to design, implement, optimise, and support leading Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for clients across multiple industries.
We are looking for an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) professional who is passionate about technology and interested in building a career in the digital transformation and enterprise application consulting space. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong HR, HCM, HRIS, or HR transformation experience and want to transition into technology-enabled consulting, working on Workday HCM implementations for global clients. The successful candidate will combine people process expertise with technology solutions to help organisations transform the way they manage their workforce.
Bachelor's Degree in:
Additional Pro Certification (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation) is highly advantageous
Partner with clients to understand HR operating models, processes, and business requirements.
Support the design and implementation of future-state HR processes enabled by Workday HCM.
Facilitate requirements gathering, process workshops, and design sessions.
Provide functional expertise across HCM domains including:
Participate in all phases of Workday implementation
The successful candidates will be required to work the standard office hours of the United Kingdom office. During the training period, attendance in the office will be required on a daily basis. Following the completion of training, candidates will transition to a hybrid working model. Please note that PwC SATIC is currently refining its hybrid working approach, and this remains subject to change in line with business, client, and team requirements.
