Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HCM systems experience (SAP or Oracle).

• Experience with HR transformation projects and digital HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand HR operating models, processes, and requirements.
• Support design and implementation of future-state HR processes enabled by Workday HCM.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, workshops, and design sessions.

About PwC SATIC and the role:

PwC's South Africa Technology & Innovation Centre (SATIC) is a strategic delivery hub within PwC's global network, supporting large-scale business and technology transformation programmes through human-led, technology-enabled delivery. Our Workday practice partners with global PwC member firms to design, implement, optimise, and support leading Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for clients across multiple industries.

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) professional who is passionate about technology and interested in building a career in the digital transformation and enterprise application consulting space. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong HR, HCM, HRIS, or HR transformation experience and want to transition into technology-enabled consulting, working on Workday HCM implementations for global clients. The successful candidate will combine people process expertise with technology solutions to help organisations transform the way they manage their workforce.

Qualifications / Certifications required:

Bachelor's Degree in:

• Human Resource Management
• Business Management
• Information Systems
• Commerce
• Related field

Experience required:

• 2-3 years
• HCM Systems experience (i.e. SAP or Oracle).
• Workday HCM Core Services Certification or Workday HCM Pro preferred but not necessary.

Additional Pro Certification (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation) is highly advantageous

The successful candidates will be required to work the standard office hours of the United Kingdom office. During the training period, attendance in the office will be required on a daily basis. Following the completion of training, candidates will transition to a hybrid working model.
