Job summary

PwC Careers Africa is seeking an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) professional to help drive technology-enabled HR transformations through Workday HCM implementations for global clients. You will combine people process expertise with Workday solutions to modernise HR across multiple industries.

The role requires 2–3 years of HCM experience, familiarity with HRIS tools, and a willingness to engage in UK-standard office hours with a hybrid work arrangement post-training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, HRM, Psychology, Business or Information Systems.
• 2–3 years HCM experience, including Workday HCM core modules.
• Workday HCM Core Services Certification preferred but not required.
• Pro Certification (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand HR operating models, processes, and requirements.
• Support design and implementation of future-state HR processes enabled by Workday HCM.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process workshops, and design sessions.
• Provide functional expertise across HCM domains: Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Reporting & Analytics.
• Participate in all phases of Workday implementation.
