Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to lead HR tech initiatives. You will drive the development of HRIS, HCM, ATS, payroll, and learning systems across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with technical and business stakeholders, apply Agile/Scrum methods, and translate complex HR processes into scalable digital products. Strong analytical skills and prioritisation are essential to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, CS or related field.
• 5+ years experience as Product Owner/PM in HR systems.
• Understanding of end-to-end HR products and employee lifecycle.
• Expertise in HRIS, HCM, ATS, payroll, performance management, or learning management systems.
• Ability to communicate with both technical minds and business stakeholders.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and track record delivering complex digital products.
• Sharp analytical, prioritisation and problem-solving abilities.
