Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced HRIS lead to manage a group-wide HR information system across multiple countries, ensuring accurate employee and remuneration data. You will build meaningful workforce analytics, standardise records and contracts, and partner with business leaders to implement policies, governance and scalable HR operations for a growing international organisation.

• Lead the implementation, optimisation and ongoing management of a group-wide HR information system, ensuring accurate employee, remuneration and organisational data across multiple countries


• Develop meaningful workforce reporting and people analytics to support strategic decision-making and organisational planning


• Drive the standardisation and governance of employee records, employment contracts and HR documentation, ensuring consistency and compliance across the group


• Coordinate remuneration reviews, incentive programmes, salary benchmarking and the implementation of a recognised job grading framework


• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR policies, governance frameworks and best-practice people processes


• Lead HR-related projects, including organisational integration, change initiatives and process improvement programmes


• Build scalable HR operations, systems and reporting structures that support a growing international organisation.


• Demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into practical business insights


• Experience working across multiple business units, entities or countries will be highly advantageous
