You will maintain employee records, assist with payroll basics, and help coordinate training and events while upholding confidentiality and compliance with labour laws. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Completed matriculation with passes in English and preferably Social Sciences or Business Studies.
• Strong interest in human resources and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment: posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding for new hires: paperwork and orientation.
• Handle general HR inquiries with accurate information.
• Assist in administration of benefits and payroll processes.
• Organise HR events, trainings, and team-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
