Job summary

South African National Blood Service is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist based in Durban to manage end-to-end employment processes, ensure statutory compliance, and reduce business risk while delivering high-quality HR services to customers.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and background screening, plus at least 1 year in labor relations. Strong legislative literacy and SAP/Meditech proficiency are preferred.
