Job summary

LRC Recruitment is looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team in Pretoria, in the Silverlakes area. You will manage the HR and payroll functions for the company and for clients via external payroll processing.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR and payroll experience, knowledge of SA labour legislation, and Sage payroll certification. A SABPP online registration is a plus. The position is based on-site in Pretoria.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in HR and payroll administration.
• Payroll software experience.
• Knowledge of SA Labour legislation and BCEA requirements.
• Sage payroll certification.
• Registration with SABPP online is an advantage.
