Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR-related studies.
• 1–2 years’ experience in HR.

• Fluent English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently undertake HR process-related tasks and operate compliantly.
• Design and execute HR solutions based on business scenarios.
• Deliver HR services timely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Two modules focus: talent development and climate building.
• Assist in CDC operations and track indicators.
• Organise weekly Cloud Night School trainings.
• Monitor competency assessments and ensure 100% matching.
• Support performance management progress to meet deadlines.
• Develop and archive high-quality training courses.
• Implement learning plans and publicize progress.
• Manage employee appointments for transfers/promotions.
• Foster a positive organizational climate through activities.
