Job summary

Network Finance in Johannesburg is seeking a Human Resource Officer to provide responsive HR support across the business, acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers while ensuring efficient HR administration, employee relations, and talent processes.

The role covers recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, probation reviews, employee movements, and HR data reporting. A National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HRM with extensive SA labour law knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 years' experience in HR/generalist roles.
• Solid knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA, POPIA).
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in HRM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR queries across business units.
• Support HR policy implementation and processes for employees and managers.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and probation reviews.
• Assist with employee movements, records, and HR data reporting.
• Provide HR insights to support retention and engagement initiatives.
