Job summary

TreasuryONE (Pty) Ltd is seeking an HR Operations Manager / HR Generalist to run day-to-day HR operations. You’ll drive performance management, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, reporting, and learning coordination in line with the people strategy.

You’ll partner with business unit leaders to implement structured HR processes, maintain records in BambooHR, and deliver reliable people data to support informed decision making in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• HR degree or diploma with labour relations, HR analytics, or HR systems training is advantageous.
• 5-8 years' HR generalist experience across core HR operations and learning & development coordination.
• Experience advising line managers on HR processes, policy application and employee matters.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, POPIA).

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the quarterly performance review process with documented job specs and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and 90-day onboarding for new hires.
• Act as primary contact for employee relations, disciplinary processes and HR queries.
• Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance, and keep records and BambooHR up to date.
• Produce HR reports and dashboards tracking attrition, time-to-hire, and performance compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics and administration of learning and development interventions.
