Prestige Cosmetics Group offers a six-month fixed-term HR internship based in Johannesburg, reporting to the HR Business Partner. The role provides hands-on experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support.

Interns will help organize company events and careers days, while serving as culture ambassadors to promote a healthy and inclusive work environment aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Growth mindset with a deep willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards and careers pages.
• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Initiate background checks on potential candidates.
• Provide interview feedback to candidates.
• Organize company events and careers days.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes.
• Assist with administration and employment applications.
• Organize documents, including new employee files.
• Act as a culture ambassador and promote a healthy work environment.
