• Develops competency-based interview guides for each position.
• Creates adverts with full job details for internal and external use.
• Conducts recruitment via agencies, portals and social media.
• Performs background checks per recruitment policy.
• Shortlists candidates based on job criteria.
• Conducts interviews with managers for various bands as requested.
• Coordinates psychometric assessments for recruitment.
• Sends regret letters to unsuccessful candidates.
• Maintains Recruitment Status Report and provides regular updates.
• Conducts exit interviews and provides analysis for EXCO.
• Maintains staff records in Sage and updates organisational charts.
