Job summary

Bridgena Barnard Personnel Group in Cape Town CBD is seeking a recently qualified HR Coordinator with about 18 months of HR experience to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on HR administration, reporting, and general HR support.

You will handle onboarding and offboarding, assist with recruitment administration for experienced hires, and ensure smooth HR processes within a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with around 18 months HR experience.
• 2–3 years’ experience in an HR admin or related administrative role.
• Experience in professional services or legal environments is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with HRIS preferred.
