Placements24 is seeking a meticulous HR Compliance Officer to join their team in Vereeniging. The role focuses on ensuring HR practices align with South African labour laws, conducting audits, and providing compliance training within Gauteng.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, 3+ years in HR compliance, and strong knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, and OHSA. A stable, compliant HR operation is the goal of this role.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR compliance or a related legal/regulatory role.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA).
• Conduct regular HR audits to identify non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver HR compliance training programs for employees and management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
• Stay abreast of legislative changes and advise HR/management accordingly.
