Eskom in Lephalale (Medupi Power Station) is seeking an Assistant Officer Human Resources to support a full spectrum of HR services on core processes. This role requires coordinating HR activities, data, and stakeholder support at a major power station site.

The position is permanently based, offering a stable role within a large public utility and opportunities to work on employee relations, performance management, and HR information management in a facilities environment.

Formación

• National Diploma in HR/Behavioural Sciences with 240 credits.
• 2 years’ experience in Training or HR generalist/Specialist areas.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in delivering a comprehensive HR service across core HR processes.
• Support HR information management and employee relations activities.
