A leading recruitment consultancy in Germiston is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensure payroll accuracy, and monitor compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a National Diploma in Human Resources and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Job description
Main job function

Human Resources

  • End to end recruitment process and employee onboarding
  • Prepare letter of offer
  • Prepare contract of employment for permanent and fixed term contracts
  • Prepare induction and welcome pack for new employees
  • Administer all pre-employment checks
  • Liaise with IT department to register and terminate employees email addresses
  • Prepare, and update Job descriptions and update company organogram
  • Liaise with the department managers on performance appraisals
  • Maintain employees’ files
  • Liaise with the provident fund institutions
  • Prepare and manage weekly HR toolbox meeting
  • Handle exit interview and prepare final exit documents
  • Prepare exit documents for terminated employees
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Compile and submit monthly and quarterly HR reports
  • Assist with monitoring and managing absenteeism and abuse of leave
Payroll
  • Ensure that employees are compensated accurately as per BCEA
  • Ensure that employee’s information in payroll is accurate and conformed to BCEA updates
  • Managing Clocking system and accurately capture overtime
  • Attend to payroll related enquires
  • Ensure deductions and contributions are processed accurately
  • Reconcile third-party deductions and submit to accounts department for payments
  • Add new and terminate employees
  • Submit UIF electronically to DOL,
  • Reconcile and submit EMP201, EMP501 on e-filing and easy filling
  • Filling of third-party payments and EMP201
  • Update the score card and ensure accuracy
  • Prepare and submit Monthly report on sick abuse, leave abuse, absenteeism
  • Administer of all leave days due and shifts due to employees
Compliance
  • Ensure that the Company comply with laws and regulations
  • Monitoring BBBEE and preparing file for verification
