Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced HRIS lead to manage a group-wide HR information system across multiple countries, ensuring accurate employee and remuneration data. You will build meaningful workforce analytics, standardise records and contracts, and partner with business leaders to implement policies, governance and scalable HR operations for a growing international organisation.

Knowledge of HR policies, contracts and documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and ongoing management of a group-wide HRIS.
Develop workforce reporting and people analytics.
Standardise employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
Coordinate remuneration reviews and salary benchmarking.
Partner with leaders on HR policies and governance frameworks.
Lead HR projects and process improvement programmes.
Build scalable HR operations and reporting structures across multiple countries.
Translate data into practical business insights.
Experience working across multiple business units/countries is advantageous.
