Placements24 in Welkom is looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the HR department with employee records, payroll processing, and HR reporting. You will maintain confidential data, assist onboarding, and perform daily HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HR certification is a plus.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Word.
• Experience with an HRIS system is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for Welkom staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
• Assist with payroll processing and accuracy.
• Support onboarding for new hires, including documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits.
• Generate standard HR reports as required.
• Provide general admin support to the HR team.
