Anglo American’s Global Shared Services is seeking an Administration Services Administrator on a fixed term contract. The role focuses on employee changes, data updates, and reporting line changes within established policies.

You will handle administrative tasks, service delivery, and stakeholder liaison to ensure accurate operations, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements within a large multinational mining group.

Qualifications

• Minimum Matric/Grade 12
• Relevant Diploma advantageous
• Strong PC skills with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Execute administrative tasks for employee changes
• Ensure timely, accurate service delivery across stakeholders
• Process ServiceNow cases with proper documentation and filing
• Provide basic guidance and resolve common queries
• Support invoice costing and uniform ordering post onboarding
• Identify process improvements and contribute to SLA/KPI achievement
• Collaborate with People Services and other departments to ensure seamless processes
