Job summary

Anglo American’s Global Shared Services is seeking an Administration Services Administrator for a Fixed Term Contract role. You will support HR administration, handling employee changes, personal data updates and reporting line changes within defined policies and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• A relevant Diploma is advantageous.
• Strong MS Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee changes and related tasks per SLA.
• Process job changes, personal data changes, and reporting line changes.
• Archive and file case documentation per region.
• Provide basic invoice costing and uniform ordering support.
• Escalate issues and suggest process improvements.
