Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.

You will ensure smooth inter-department coordination, manage staff, and monitor service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role emphasizes leadership, financial oversight, compliance, and strategic thinking to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain high service standards.
• Guest Services:Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and resolving issues efficiently.
• Staff Supervision:Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Conduct performance reviews and set objectives for team members.
• Financial Management:Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue.Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Compliance & Safety:Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.Maintain hygiene and safety standards across all departments.
• Strategic Planning:Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance the hotel's performance.Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
