Key responsibilities include leading the F&B team, managing stock and costs, ensuring accurate reporting, and partnering with the General Manager to boost efficiency, revenue, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in a Food & Beverage management role, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Excellent stock control, stocktaking, and cost management knowledge.
• Solid financial and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage staff effectively and enforce discipline when needed.
• Hands-on approach able to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Computer literacy and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations and actively participate in them.
• Lead and motivate the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure excellent guest service across all areas.
• Manage stock control, stocktakes, purchasing, and minimise wastage.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Complete cash-ups, daily reports, and stock variance reports accurately and on time.
• Schedule staff, train, discipline, and assess performance.
• Ensure hotel policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with General Manager to improve efficiency and revenue.
