Job summary

The Capital Hotels is seeking a seasoned F&B Manager to lead and coordinate all hotel food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banqueting, conferencing and room service. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

You will manage budgets, stock control and labour costs while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, hygiene and liquor licensing regulations.

Qualifications

• Matric and a hotel management diploma or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of F&B operations experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Experience overseeing multiple outlets (restaurants, bars, banqueting, conferencing or room service).
• Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, labour and liquor licensing legislation.
