Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a stock controller to join a fast-paced hospitality operation with a fine dining restaurant, bar, and kitchen. You will oversee stock accuracy, ordering cycles, and wastage control, working closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain cost discipline.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and integrity in handling stock and financial records within a guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality stock management.
• Strong numerical and admin skills.
• Proficient with Excel and stock systems.
• Physically able to handle stock movements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular stock takes across kitchen, bar and storage.
• Manage stock ordering, receiving and supplier reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate stock records and reporting systems.
• Monitor par levels and flag shortages or overstocking.
• Reconcile counts with invoices and delivery notes.
• Minimise wastage, breakages and discrepancies.
• Ensure FIFO across storage areas.
• Liaise with chefs and bar management on stock needs and cost control.
• Support month-end stock reporting and cost percentage tracking.
