Job summary

Network Finance is recruiting for a Cost Controller within a well-established hospitality group. The role focuses on overseeing stock controls, analysing costs, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability across the business.

You will work closely with operations to investigate variances, implement cost-saving initiatives, and support budgeting and forecasting processes. Strong Excel skills and hospitality/manufacturing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in Cost Control, Stock Control, or a similar role.
• Hospitality or manufacturing industry experience is essential.
• Strong inventory management and costing experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Micros POS.
• Infor HOS and Sage X3 experience advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
