Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in stock control, inventory management, procurement, or supply chain administration.
• At least 2 years in a senior stock control role.
• Experience in hospitality groups, restaurant chains, coffee shop groups, and FMCG environments.
• Experience across multi-site operations and GAAP POS advantageous.
• Experience in stock management across stores and central facilities; reports and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock movements, variances, wastage and shrinkage; conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Provide stock planning and forecasting support to operational teams.
• Manage supplier ordering processes and stock replenishment; maintain accurate inventory records.
