Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Hospitality Sales Executive in Cape Town to drive revenue growth for accommodation, events and F&B. You will identify opportunities, build corporate client relationships and present tailored proposals to secure bookings.

The ideal candidate has proven hospitality sales success, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems to manage opportunities and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within hospitality or hotel industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for accommodation, events, and F&B services.
• Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and secure bookings.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional offers and ensure seamless service delivery.
