Job summary

Palala Boutique Game Lodge & Spa in Lephalale, Limpopo, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property, coordinating front office, housekeeping, F&B, spa and maintenance to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead diverse teams, implement policies, monitor performance, and partner with the General Manager to manage budgets and costs while upholding health and safety standards and addressing guest concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven experience in hotel operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of hospitality management principles and operational best practices.
• Commitment to cultivating a positive, engaging work environment for staff and guests.
• A degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with the General Manager to prepare budgets, forecast expenses, and drive profitability through cost-control measures.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining the highest standards of service.
