The successful candidate will supervise Storeman and Administrator functions and collaborate with HODs, Finance, Procurement and Group Inventory Management to ensure accurate stock levels and cost control.

Qualifications

• 24 years' experience in hospitality inventory or multi-department stock management.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Experience with MyStock / MyInventory / POS systems (TallOrder or similar).
• Ability to supervise and direct Storeman and Administrator functions.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Retail and Other Expenses (OEs).
• High accuracy and disciplined follow-through.
• Ability to collaborate with HODs, Finance, Procurement and Group Inventory Management.
