Job summary

Vine Recruitment in Paarl is seeking a Stock Controller to manage the full stock control process in hospitality, from ordering to reconciliation. You will conduct stock takes, cycle counts, and investigate variances while maintaining accurate records and reports.

You will monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and waste, collaborate with suppliers and operations to ensure smooth stock flow, and ensure compliance with stock control procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven stock control experience in hospitality (essential).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock takes, and reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate with inventory management system experience.
• Able to work under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities
