Stock Controller position available in Paarl.

Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking an experienced Stock Controller with a solid background in hospitality stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full stock control process from ordering to reconciliation.


• Conduct stock takes, cycle counts, and investigate stock variances.


• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.


• Monitor stock levels to minimise shortages, overstocking, and waste.


• Work closely with suppliers and operational teams to ensure efficient stock flow.


• Ensure compliance with stock control procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven stock control experience in the hospitality industry (essential).


• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock takes, and reconciliations.

Working Hours:

• Tuesday to Saturday.
