Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work as a team to deliver optimum service to guests.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties including setup of supplies and tools and cleaning areas.
• Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO use, and cleanliness; complete inventories and stock replenishment.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing; process maintenance work orders as needed.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff; act as a role model and point of contact for equal opportunity policies.
