Job summary

Protea Hotels by Marriott seeks a capable Food & Beverage/ Culinary Operations Manager in Cape Town to oversee day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance across the hotel’s F&B outlets.

The role emphasizes leadership, service excellence, and teamwork; you will coach staff, uphold brand standards, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with management to meet budget goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• Or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
