Responsibilities

• Create design documentation including floor plans, elevations, renderings, and FF&E specs.
• Collaborate with clients, branding and operations teams to meet brand standards and operations needs.
• Coordinate with engineers/consultants to integrate technical requirements and ensure code compliance.
• Oversee design implementation during construction, liaising with contractors.
