Job summary

Tailormade Solution in Durban is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our Stamford Hill office. You will source, screen and coordinate candidates for a range of client requirements, with a strong focus on temporary and high-volume recruitment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in TES, labour broking or staffing, strong phone skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Office-based, Monday to Friday, in Stamford Hill.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing or HR is beneficial.
• Exposure to TES/labour broking or temporary staffing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, databases and portals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates against client requirements.
• Conduct telephone and initial interviews with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Advertise vacancies and manage applications.
