Job summary

Aon South Africa is seeking a Private Broker to manage and grow a portfolio of high net worth clients in South Africa. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home and at our Sandton head office, with a focus on owning client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

You will coordinate activities, prepare renewal documents, advise on covers and terms, and collaborate with insurers to secure the best terms.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (matric) completed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• FSCA FAIS Act representative registration.
• IISA associate registration.
• RE5 Regulatory Examination completed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high net worth client accounts.
• Develop and lead day-to-day client relationships.
• Coordinate all activities related to the client portfolio.
• Prepare renewal documents and handle renewal notifications.
• Provide professional advice on cover, exclusions, and policy terms.
• Negotiate cover and rates with insurers for clients.
• Process policy documentation and premium collections.
• Liaise with claims and support loss notification.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
