Job summary

Aon South Africa is hiring a Client Services Advisor to join our Sandton team on a hybrid basis, combining virtual work with time in the office. The role focuses on servicing existing and prospective clients and coordinating with the Client Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant service delivery.

You will manage renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, prepare renewal forms and quotes, and communicate with insurers on discounts.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• FSCA FAIS Act representative registration is required.
• IISA licentiate registration required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for clients.
• Manage renewals, endorsements and cancellations.
• Collaborate with Client Manager/Strategic Account Manager to generate cross‑selling leads.
• Ensure high-quality, compliant delivery of client servicing activities.
• Provide renewal notices and prepare renewal instructions, quotes and forms.
• Communicate discounts to insurers as requested by clients.
• Support the day-to-day management of clients' risk and insurance programmes.
