Job summary

Amplify5 UK Ltd seeks an experienced Lead Generation / Sales Team Leader to drive a high-performing outbound team in a fast-paced contact centre environment. You will coach, motivate, and develop agents to consistently meet lead generation and sales targets, while ensuring quality and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and data-driven decision making, with a track record of improving productivity and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Leadership/people-management experience in a contact centre or sales environment.
• Strong coaching and performance-management capabilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
• Experience with KPI tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Excel."

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage outbound lead-generation agents to hit campaign targets.
• Monitor daily agent productivity, conversion rates, lead quality, and attendance.
• Conduct coaching, call listening, and performance reviews for improvement.
• Motivate teams through effective leadership and recognition.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop action plans for underperforming agents or teams.
• Produce regular performance reports on campaigns and operations.
• Ensure compliance with campaigns and quality standards.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to meet demand.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, Training, and Recruitment teams.
• Handle escalated issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive accountability and high performance across the department.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and efficiency.
