You will support the sales team, translate complex healthcare concepts into clear messages, and build tailored proposals for corporate clients.

You will combine healthcare knowledge with strong client-facing abilities to help businesses understand options and implement value-driven employee benefit solutions.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential.
• Healthcare/employee benefits qualification is advantageous.
• 3–6 years' experience in medical aid, healthcare consulting, health insurance, wellness, EAP, employee benefits or related financial-services environment.
• Healthcare/medical aid/employee benefits experience is essential.
• Strong analytical and benchmarking abilities.
• Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the sales team across medical aid, health insurance, wellness and EAP solutions.
• Understand client requirements and existing benefit structures.
• Analyse and compare healthcare benefits, providers, pricing, networks and service models.
• Develop tailored healthcare and wellness solutions.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals and benefit comparisons.
